Issue: Holy Family Memorial wanted to position itself as Manitowoc County’s leader in cardiac care as part of a campaign designed to promote a Heart & Vascular Center along and the addition of a new cardiologist.
Strategy: Develop a strategic campaign with direct mail, print ads, radio and outdoor using a concept based on giving your heart the attention it deserves.
Results: The service line saw a 5 percent market share increase in the quarter following the campaign’s launch and a 13 percent increase six months after the launch. A consumer perception and awareness study showed an increase of 7 percent after the campaign’s launch.
