Issue: Saint Francis Medical Center needed a dynamic communication piece to highlight successes in the past year and financial outlook for the future to community leaders, prospective investors, potential physician recruits, industry leaders and Saint Francis Foundation donors.
Strategy: Create/distribute an annual report and DVD to provide two formats for information about operational, clinical and financial strength of the organization to target audiences.
Results: Together with other tools, this vehicle has helped recruit more than 117 physicians over the past decade and inspired more individuals to become involved in the Medical Center. Because the piece is mailed in conjunction with the Foundation Annual Report, it offers Saint Francis an additional donor solicitation tool.
