Issue: St. Anthony’s Medical Center was launching a new Women’s Specialty Center and wanted to promote the medical services with medical spa services under one roof – the first such integrated center in the metro St. Louis area.

Strategy: Focus campaign on factors that drive consumer choice, such as wait time, access and comfort. To engage target audience, include undertones of empowerment, relationships and values, and use a conversational tone. Tactics include print ads, direct mail, outdoor and a Web site strategy.

Results: More than 350 people attended the center’s open house, and to date, educational programs are at 75 percent of enrollment capacity.
