WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Roberts Group, a full-service health care marketing agency, congratulates its client Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. on winning 11 ADDY® Awards in the 2009 competition. With more than 60,000 entries annually, the winners are chosen based on creative advertising excellence.

This year, Saint Francis won two gold, two silver and seven bronze ADDY Awards. All entries were developed and created with the help of The Roberts Group’s account service, creative, production, media and administrative teams.

“Working with health care organizations for nearly 30 years has given us the experience and passion to deliver a combination of smart strategy and creative resulting in growth for our clients and the agency,” says Barbara W. Thompson, president and CEO of The Roberts Group. “We are very pleased with the results of the ADDY Awards and happy for Saint Francis. These types of recognitions really show how important agency-client relationships are in developing exceptional marketing campaigns.”

Saint Francis won two gold ADDY Awards for Planning Your Pregnancy kit packaging and the 2009 Annual Campaign. The Planning Your Pregnancy kit serves as a resource packet for all new moms and includes pregnancy guide, pocket folder, parenting handbook and ultrasound photo holder. The 2009 Annual Campaign used emotional patient testimonials that illustrated how Saint Francis enabled them to “move beyond” their diagnosis. The creative elements of the campaign included TV, radio, digital and traditional outdoor, print, direct mail, Web site banners, and light pole banners.

The ADDY Awards represent the true spirit of creative excellence by recognizing all forms of advertising from media of all types, budgets of all sizes and entrants of all levels from anywhere in the world. The American Advertising Federation, a not-for-profit industry association, conducts the ADDY Awards through its 200 member advertising clubs and 15 districts. It is the only creative awards program administered by the advertising industry for the industry.
