WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Roberts Group, a full-service health care marketing agency, announced the addition of Erin Anderson to the position of account manager. Anderson’s new position was developed to help deliver on The Roberts Group’s commitment to providing superior customer service.
The addition of Anderson will help expand the account service team, allowing for more one-on-one time with key clients. In her new position, Anderson will be responsible for assisting in the development of marketing tactics and communicating with clients on a daily basis. Using her extensive project management skills, Anderson will mange projects from development to implementation, on time and on budget, to meet client expectations.

Erin’s attention to detail and her desire to provide service that results in the best-possible outcome for the client, makes her a perfect fit for this position and the agency,” said Mark A. Anderson has 10 years of account management experience and is an expert in the areas of branding strategy and intense project management. Her experience spans various industries, including health care and health care technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Valparaiso University and a certificate in event planning.
