WAUKESHA, Wis. –The Roberts Group, a full-service health care marketing agency, is conducting a survey on social media and health care. Participants must be 18 years or older and currently using some type of social media, such as blogs, podcasts, RSS feeds, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube.
“Social media has been a growing form of media for a lot of our clients over the past couple of years,” said Lori A Bruss, MEd, CHES, executive vice president for The Roberts Group. “The social media survey we just released will help give us a better idea of how consumers use social media to gather information and make health care decisions.”
The survey consists of 15 questions that first focus on basic social media use, then become more specific about how participants might use social media to follow or gather information on health care organizations. The Roberts Group plans to consider the results of the survey when making social media recommendations to its clients.
