We developed and delivered an uplifting, variable-printed direct mail piece that promoted the CJRR and upcoming informational seminars — via CRM to a targeted audience (good payers, ages 55-80, 20-mile radius, high-risk diagnoses, etc.). Within the first five months, the center saw successful lifts in these areas: number of people attending seminars, new orthopedic patients and new revenue ($1.46 million) within the orthopedic service line, equating to a $12,342 average charge per patient
